Supernova Intertrans places great emphasis on providing opportunities for the youngest generation to learn about and master the profession, as they form the basis of the future labor market. Supernova Intertrans's mission is to spark their interest and commitment to the profession, which is why it organizes numerous professional presentations and open days for them.
Supernova Intertrans supports its young and novice drivers not only through its professional Mentor Program, but also by passing on its philosophy. From driving techniques to safe and environmentally friendly driving, they are given all the basics and can count on support even after that. They receive regular feedback on their work, encouraging them to continuously develop, progress, and learn. As a result, they also become active participants in the company's environmental and sustainability efforts.

After obtaining the required licenses and passing the exams, our new drivers spend their first and most important period, the training period, driving trucks under the supervision of a mentor. During this period, they participate in freight and goods transport and provide maximum service to our customers, while learning how to safely operate semi-trailer trucks and how to take care of trucks and their cargo.
In addition, they have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of safe and environmentally conscious driving techniques and learn how to balance their work and personal lives. But that's just the beginning. Through our
Driver Mentor Program, we have the opportunity to help the next generation of drivers who choose this profession to become skilled and confident, while also fulfilling our promises to our customers. At Supernova Intertrans, we focus on safety from day one, and this commitment extends to everyone who shares this journey with us.
What does it mean to be a Supernova Mentor?
Being a Supernova Mentor doesn't just mean being the best driver or teacher. It's a huge responsibility when teaching such a complex profession to a whole new generation. We don't just share our knowledge with them, we also pass on our attitude towards the profession. Our "task" does not end when our mentee is no longer physically with us. When our junior driver colleague "flies the nest," our task continues until they are able to perform the complex tasks associated with the profession completely independently and confidently.
We know that this means more than just accident-free, environmentally conscious driving. From the perspective of the trucking profession, it is a great responsibility that "newcomers" choose to dedicate their lives to this profession alongside us. That is why, as mentors, we must always give our best, because a lot depends on us.
