The warehouse complex consists of 24 buildings, three of which also house office space. BILK offers a comprehensive range of logistics warehouse services, including refrigerated, temperature-controlled, ADR, cross-dock, high-bay, and standard warehousing.
With the exception of ADR warehouses, all warehouses are equipped with automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems, and the offices are air-conditioned. There are 384 truck parking spaces, nearly 1,400 passenger car parking spaces, and an additional 18,000 m² of outdoor storage space available around the properties.
